Updating your firmware is a straightforward process, but it requires caution to avoid system failure.

Download the update file (xps30_up.bin) from the official Roland Support page and copy it to the root directory of a USB flash drive.

Press [MENU] , go to SYSTEM , and select the INFORMATION tab to see your current version.

When "start update" appears, release the button. Once "===update finished. ===" is displayed (usually after about 2 minutes), restart the unit.
